Almonds from the Isle of Skyros are used to produce the flavours in our Aegean Eye Almond Gin Liqueur.

Our Almonds are hand picked by our friend & grower Lefteris Trakos a native of Skyros Island. Once picked the Almonds are hulled and stored in a dark room to dry for two months.

They are then ready for us to use in our Copper Still where we produce the finest tasting Almond Nut Gin Liqueur.
