Aegean Eye Olive Gin is produced using the finest Olives grown in the Adatepe region.

The olives are hand picked just before they are fully ripened and carefully transferred to be crushed in the granite stone mills within twelve hours.

Releasing their first golden drops of oil or Sizma’ it is believed to be the real elixir of the Gods.

The same Olives are now used in our unique Aegean Eye Olive Gin.
